About Us
WELCOME TO THE BRAZEN FORK
In 2021 we began this adventure to open our own restaurant.
To start the build we designed every aspect of our equipment selection around building a true food lovers kitchen. After all you can’t make amazing food without the right equipment and a passion for food.
We are currently set up with picnic tables for eating at as well as offering take-out on a plum tree shaded grassy lot on the way into Cowichan Bay.
We offer feast worthy BBQ fusion dishes, some old school classics, and mix in a few other twists to please every taste bud.
Our menu includes brisket (with our own traditional rub and peppery midnight dark bark), rosy smoke tinged pulled pork dishes and super juicy smoked chicken options.
We combine these BBQ meats with fresh local ingredients and incorporate them into our dishes.
