About Us
Canadian Mental Health Association, Cowichan Valley Branch, (CMHA-CVB) strives to promote mentally healthy people in a healthy society. Since 1992, our organization has been focusing on the mental health and well-being needs of all age groups in the Cowichan Valley. CMHA-CVB operates 30+ programs, employs over 80 staff, and serves 1500-2000 people annually. CMHA-CVB works on the front lines with both youth and adults experiencing homelessness and/or struggling with substance abuse as well.
